The manual and lug type butterfly valves with rubber lining have the following features:1. The drive method can be manual, electric or pneumatic;

2. The flow characteristic is prone to a straight line, providing good regulating performance;

3. The sealing components can be replaced, and reliable double direction sealing can be achieved;

4. The valves are small and light, easy to be dismantled and repaired, and can be installed at any position;

5. The valves have simple and compact structure and small operation torque, and quickly open for 90° rotation;

6. The butterfly plates can be coated according to the requirements of the customers, e.g. nylon or PTFE;

7. The connection between the butterfly plates and the valve rods is done without pins, preventing possible inner leakage points;

8. The outer circle of the butterfly plates is spherical type, improving the sealing performance and increasing the service life of the valves; the leakage rate is still zero after more than 50,000 times’ opening and closing;
